I guess every woman knows Justfab, as it’s one the places to be when it comes to shoes, handbags and clothes. But when you’ve bought everything you wanted (or maybe that will never happen 😉 you might of course be considering to close your account. In that case: Don’t look further, because I’m about to explain how you can do that in the Settings of your profile.
I’ll show you below with pictures how I managed to remove an account on a desktop computer:
1 Open justfab.com and sign in to your account
2 Go to My account > My Profile
3 Scroll down to the bottom, where you will find: ‘Cancel JustFab membership’
4 Select a reason for cancellation
✅ Result
A message will appear:” Your account has been successfully cancelled.”
Now that your profile has been deleted, you’re free to move on.

You can ‘t do that anymore, actually I wasn’t able to do that. You’ll get an 800# to call customer service to cancel.
This only worked after I had to call in. They cancel the VIP membership through the phone, then I was able to log in the website and delete the account.
