Xoom enables people to pay their bills or reload their mobile phone safely online. But when you’re not using the service anymore, you might of course be considering to close your account. In that case: The only method to remove your profile is by contacting their customer support team. They won’t make a problem of it, as you’ll notice in the screenshots below.
I’ll show you how you can delete your profile in 2 clicks:
1 Go to https://www.xoom.com/contact-xoom-customer-service
2 Send the removal request
ask them to cancel your account and don’t forget to mention your name and email associated with the account.
Your message could be looking like this:
Subject: Request to delete account
Description: Dear customer support of Xoom,
I have an account on your website, but I would like to close it.
Can you delete my profile please? (as promised in your privacy policy)
Name: [your name]
Email associated with the account: [your email address]
Thanks in advance for helping me out.
Kind regards,
[Your name]

You’ll receive an email, confirming you that they’ve cancelled your account and they’re very interested to have your feedback on why you wanted to close it.
