How to delete a Care.com account?

If you want to remove a Care.com account, you can easily do that in the Settings page of your account.

I’ll show you below how I managed to close my profile using a desktop computer:

 1  Go to Care.com

and log in by entering your email address and password on their site.

 2  Select My Care.com > My account & settings

It’s in the top right corner.

 3  Scroll down to Membership information

You will find a Close account link next to it.

 4  Last step – Choose No thanks, cancel my membership

and indicate why you want to delete your Care account and leave the platform (e.g. I found care elsewhere).

 ✅  Result

A message appears that your account has been successfully closed. You’ll be logged out automatically and your account is gone.
