I found this email address on their website in the support section. All you need to do is ask them to close your account and send them your username & email address.
Your e-mail could be looking like this:

A few hours later (on a sunday!) I received an answer from the customer support, confirming me that my account had been successfully closed. All I can say is that their customer support works very fast and correct.
