How to delete a Pubg Mobile account permanently?

I must admit: I became addicted to PUBG Mobile myself 🙂 But in case you’re not interested in playing it anymore, I’ll show you below the only 2 methods you can use to remove your Pubg Mobile account permanently.

This is how I managed to remove my profile using the iPhone app (but steps remain the same for the Android app or any other mobile device):

Method 1 (If you live in a country that is affected by GDPR rules)

 1  Open the Pubg Mobile app

 2  Tap on the gear icon at the bottom

 3  Hit the delete account link (it’s next to customer service)

 4  Wait 10 seconds and you’ll be able to hit the delete account button

This is also where you get notified about the fact that your account will be permanently closed in 7 days after you hit this button.

 5  Last step: If you hit Exit game now, your account is listed for account removal in 7 days

Method 2 (If you live in any other country)

 1  Open the Pubg Mobile app

 2  Tap on the gear icon at the bottom

 3  Choose Customer service

 4  Select ‘Contact us’ in the upper right corner

 5  Ask them to delete your account and within a few hours it will be removed.
