How to delete my Toluna account?

If you want to remove your account on Toluna, a community for people who want to be rewarded for taking part in surveys and polls, you’ll see in this manual that you can easily do that on the Settings page of your account.

I’ll show you below some pictures on how I managed to delete my profile step by step using a desktop computer:

 1  Go to www.toluna.com and sign in to your account

 2  Click on your picture in the upper right corner => Select Account

 3  Scroll down to the bottom of the page

where you will notice a link: Unsubscribe options.

 4  Go for the ‘Do it’ button under cancel your account

As they explain on this page, cancelling your account means that:

• You will no longer be able to take part in surveys, create content, access your account information or the content you created.
• All your points will be erased and any rewards ordered will be cancelled.

 ✅  Result

A message will appear: “you are now logged out” and your account has been closed.
