How to delete my WellHello account?

If you want to close your account on Wellhello, a dating and hookup website, you’ll see in this manual that you can only do that by contacting the customer support team.

As they explain in their FAQ: “If you need to delete your profile, please contact support and we’ll be happy to help.”

So to start the account removal procedure, you need to send a message to the customer service:

 1  Login to your WellHello account, scroll down to the footer and select Contact us

 2  Choose Create a new ticket

 3  Write a request to delete your account, e.g.:

Dear support team,
I found a partner so I would like to remove my WellHello account. Can you please remove my account?
– Username: (Fill in > it’s the name you can see in the upper right corner when you’re logged in)
– Email address: (Fill in)
Thanks in advance for keeping me posted about this request
Kind regards,
(Fill in your name)

=> Send when you’re done.

 4  Your support ticket now has been created

so all you have to do is wait for them to respond and close your profile.

You’ve now taken all the necessary steps. a few hours later, the customer service wrote me an email to ask me to confirm the removal and why I wanted to close the account (They’ll give you 6 options).

All you need to do here is send them a message back to confirm that you want to remove your profile and indicate which of the 6 reasons for closure is applicable to your case. When you’ve done that, they’ll permanently delete your profile .
